Northwest Passage: Outfit Inspiration

This look makes me feel like I should be trekking through the Northwest forests in the rain with Lewis and Clark. Although I'm pretty sure Sacagawea did not have high-heeled fur booties, or a parka with leopard fur lining.

I have been waiting SO LONG (ok, just 10 days) for this coat to arrive. I checked the tracking for said coat everyday, twice a day, to see how much closer it was. I have been looking for a new heavy winter coat for awhile. There are sooo many gorgeous coats out right now, but I was on the hunt for one that would be stylish and practical for many scenarios. This particular jacket fits every criteria I have, but that leopard-looking faux fur lining sealed the deal. Another cool thing? This coat was on sale online and qualified for free shipping. I got this awesome winter coat for under $50. BOOM! I'm just bout those deals, boss. It's still available! No longer on sale though :/ sorryyyy.

My new blanket scarf!! Another new purchase I'm loving lately. You've probably seen various blanket scarves all over pinterest and fashion blogs, and for good reason. They are unbelievably cozy, surprisingly versatile and add some flair to a simple oufit. I'm seriously digging mine. It's a knockoff of Zara scarves and I got it off EBay for $13. More deals!! Deals for days!!

Ok, I'm done. Happy Friday y'all.
